We try to source a wide range of suitable applicants, including citizens, migrants with visa and migrants who need visas. If the workers need a visa or a variation, our team can manage this process for you as well so you can spend your valuable time on running your business rather than trying to deal with the immigation authorities. Our system is geared to making your work as easy and stress-free as possible. We understand the frustration of trawling through hundreds of applications only to find that none of them meet your criteria, and some of them are just a waste of time.

 

Process

Our professional team will listen to you to understand your needs and what type of employees will fit your business the best. When we have a good understanding of what type of workers are most appropriate to introduce to you, we will introduce only the candidates that we have already assessed as potentially being suitable. The last stage is just making a hiring decsion and this is completely up to you without any pressure or obligation.

Costs

 

Employsavvy understands that hiring new workers always comes with a risk, so we offer a trial period before full payment is due. Once a new worker has been with you for 3 months, this will usually coincide with employment law trial periods and probation period timings, as well, so this is when our full payment is due. Within the first 3 months, if you lawfully terminate the employment, or the worker we introduce quits, then the remaininder of the fee is waived.

• $2800 set fee for all any worker who is successfully hired regardless of income and employment type, duration, etc                        
• 3 month trial for any new hire. We will introduce potential workers and they can be interviewed with no fee due. 
• On successful hiring outcome a $500 initial payment is due, with the remaining $2300 due after 3 months of the employee starting work.
  • If the employee is terminated within 3 months for a valid reason in accordance with their employment contract and local employment law then no further payment is required
  • If the employee quits for their own reasons then no further payment is required

Our fee is a one-off fee regardless of the duration the employee works for you or their pay rate, as we feel this represents fair value. We work hard at the start of the process to make sure you get the best workers posisble for your situation., but after hiring the employment relationship obligations are between you and the worker as normal.

EmploySavvy has teamed up with Ozzealand Migration Ltd for the provision of professional immigration services where registered MARA agents and Licensed Immigration Advisers will handle all aspects of your immigration obligations. Costs and fees for Ozzealand's services are not part of our fees, but we can get good rates for you and Ozzealand can handle all immigration matters from accreditation and compliance in New Zealand to Skill assessments and regional requirements in Australia. As with employment, by having professionals managing specific processes for you it reduces your compliance risk and frees up your time for what you do best, running your business.
