Employsavvy understands that hiring new workers always comes with a risk, so we offer a trial period before full payment is due. Once a new worker has been with you for 3 months, this will usually coincide with employment law trial periods and probation period timings, as well, so this is when our full payment is due. Within the first 3 months, if you lawfully terminate the employment, or the worker we introduce quits, then the remaininder of the fee is waived.
Our fee is a one-off fee regardless of the duration the employee works for you or their pay rate, as we feel this represents fair value. We work hard at the start of the process to make sure you get the best workers posisble for your situation., but after hiring the employment relationship obligations are between you and the worker as normal.
